近日，恒瑞医药子公司上海盛迪医药有限公司和苏州盛迪亚生物医药有限公司收到国家药品监督管理局核准签发的《药物临床试验批准通知书》，批准公司开展阿得贝利单抗注射液与shr-8068注射液及含铂双药联合治疗晚期或转移性非鳞状非小细胞肺癌患者的一线治疗。

最新发布的中国癌症疾病负担报告显示，肺癌持续多年位居我国肿瘤死亡率首位^[1]。目前非小细胞肺癌患者晚期一线治疗方案已为程序性死亡分子1（programmed cell death protein 1，pd-1）/程序性死亡受体-配体1（programmed cell death-ligand 1，pd-l1）抑制剂单药或联合含铂化疗。前期研究发现，携带丝氨酸-苏氨酸激酶11（serine-threonine kinase 11, stk11）、kelch样环氧氯丙烷相关蛋白1（kelch-like ech-associated protein 1，keap1）等基因突变的非小细胞肺癌患者表现出更差的临床预后，对免疫治疗反应不佳，生存期低于未携带上述突变肺癌人群^[2-4]，提示该部分人群仍存在未满足的临床需求。

阿得贝利单抗是恒瑞医药自主研发的人源化抗pd-l1单克隆抗体，能通过特异性结合pd-l1分子从而阻断导致肿瘤免疫耐受的pd-1/pd-l1通路，重新激活免疫系统的抗肿瘤活性，从而达到治疗肿瘤的目的。公司阿得贝利单抗注射液（商品名：艾瑞利®）已于2023年3月获批上市，获批的适应症为与卡铂和依托泊苷联合用于广泛期小细胞肺癌患者的一线治疗。该产品已被北京、上海、成都等多地纳入“惠民保”特药报销目录。公司现有多项阿得贝利单抗注射液临床研究正在进行，以评估其在非小细胞肺癌、小细胞肺癌、食管癌、肝癌等多种实体瘤中的抗肿瘤作用。

shr-8068注射液是公司引进的一款全人源抗ctla-4单克隆抗体，可增强抗肿瘤免疫效应。目前全球共有两款同类产品获批上市。现公司已有多项shr-8068注射液临床研究正在进行，评估其在多种实体瘤中的抗肿瘤作用。

根据国外既往同类药物的探索，针对伴有stk11、keap1等突变的晚期或转移性非小细胞肺癌患者，在阿得贝利单抗联合化疗的基础上，加用shr-8068治疗，可能为该部分难治性肺癌患者提供一种新的治疗选择，进一步实现非小细胞肺癌的精准治疗。
